When you begin to experience unhealthy stress, the Airo wristband will gently vibrate, reminding you to take a minute to identify your trigger.

The Airo app notifies you on your phone and reminds you to take note of what it was that made you anxious in the app's "Journal" feature.

Allow the Airo app to walk you through breathing exercises, and watch in real-time as your stress diminishes, or choose to log your coping mechanism of choice. With time, Airo will learn to suggest the coping mechanisms that work best for you.
